Meet the Team

Laura is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Keller Williams NYC. A native of Cleveland, Ohio and resident of Manhattan over a decade, Laura combines her New York City drive with her Midwestern charm. Laura’s passion for New York Real Estate grew out of a love for the city at a young age. Even at her first visit, she knew that this dynamic and vibrant city was where she would eventually call home.

Laura possesses a strong grasp of the real estate market in New York City and is passionate about educating her clients on the emerging market trends. Known for her enthusiasm and client-centered approach, she is skilled at helping clients navigate through the process of selling, purchasing, or renting their property.

With a background in customer service, sales, and marketing, she is motivated to help her clients achieve their goals in an efficient and timely manner. Laura’s approach goes beyond the traditional professionally staged photos, open houses, and online forums. She utilizes video, social networking campaigns, and actively prospects daily for buyers for her properties.

She holds BA degrees in Public Relations and Musical Theatre from Pepperdine University where she graduated summa cum laude with the honor of “Top Achievement in Public Relations” and then went on to earn her MFA in Acting at Kent State University. Prior to starting her real estate business, Laura performed professionally on stages across New York and abroad. She is a proud member of both the Real Estate Board of New York and Actor’s Equity Association.

A New Yorker since 2011, Adam moved to NYC to play drums on a Broadway musical. When not helping to run the Operations of the LC|NYC Team, Adam continues to be an active performing and recording musician. Adam’s freelance career has given him a wide variety of skills. Part entrepreneur, part bookkeeper, part database manager, and full-time chauffeur, Adam handles a large array of tasks for the LC|NYC Team. Adam & Laura were married in 2018, having known each other since their high school days in Northeast Ohio. Adam is having a blast working alongside and supporting his wife, and admires the incredible dedication that she has to her clients.
