As Spring is entering into full bloom, so is the real estate market in New York City! Based on the activity I have been seeing and experiencing in the first quarter, it is clear that those who wrote obituaries for NYC did so prematurely.
I had one of busiest winters of my career and was even recently quoted in the Wall Street Journal about families returning to NYC! It is exciting to see the city come alive again. As more and more people get the vaccine, venues slowly start to reopen, restaurants begin to fill up again, and people are starting to go into the office more, we will start to feel the vibrations that make NYC the best place in the world to live (ok, sure, I may be a little biased).
